HAPPY NEW YEAR!

This is the first official post for this new Blogger! I'll be posting a new art piece every Thursday form here on out. I hope you enjoy viewing my art as much as I enjoyed making it! :-)

Every drawing I do has a story. Some of the stories are just in my head, some are situational but every image reminds me of something in my life.

This simple sketch was drawn when I was at the Naked Bean coffee shop in Mesa, AZ during a poetry open mic. At that time I was starting to explore the energies of meditation and contemplation. I gave the original drawing to the owner of the shop and only have this digital image left as a reminder since the shop closed shortly after and the owner moved to Illinois taking everything in the shop with him.
