"Vastness" ©2012

As you can see by my prior entry (and from all the items on my gallery page), I chose to continue the swirl theme in my art and added the aspects from my first image blog post of the metaphysical and spiritual aspects of myself. The original is acrylic and metallic pen on a piece of cereal box (the inside of one panel of the box). Recycle, reduce, reuse! I drew it at a time when I was meditating a lot and gave it to a friend for his birthday just before he moved to Colorado. (Giving away art to friends seems to be a thing with me.)

Side note: I have a Society6 profile and there was a promotion for the chance to be published in an art zine. I submitted this as the entry but sadly I did not get chosen out of the hundreds of submissions they received.
